Quick Tip!

Ever wanted to get your members take on their role as a performer?  Ask them to write a short essay addressing the topic of interest so that you, as an instructor, know that they understand their role in the guard.  You can even take an article off this site and have the performers reflect on that article in writing to see if they understand the intent of the content.
